B&W 5th Wheel Hitch that Will Fit to Industry Standard Rails In 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty

Question:

If I have universal rail kit in the bed of my 2002 F250 Ford long bed truck will a companion 5th wheel hitch attach or do I need the bed rails for the companion?

To use the B & W Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W in your 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty, you would need the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1108-5W to attach the Companion.

I recommend to use the B & W Patriot # BWRVK3255 on the industry standard fifth wheel rails in your truck. The Patriot is still a superior fifth wheel hitch and a great option with it's dual jaw and hitch height adjustment from 16"-19" to help with turning clearance. I think you will be just as happy with the Patriot.

The Patriot is the same hitch as the Patriot they just mount to the truck differently.
