I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual for your 2017 Lexus RX 350 and it didn't mention any requirements when it comes to a larger radiator or transmission cooler for towing. With that being said adding a transmission cooler to help keep temperatures down is never a bad idea. Since your Lexus, even if it came with a towing package, is deigned primarily as a passenger-and-load-carrying vehicle it's going to be working extra hard when pulling a trailer, especially when going up and down hills.

A transmission cooler will be a huge help in prolonging the life of the transmission and improving the vehicle's overall performance during your trips. I recommend taking a look at the Derale Stacked-Plated # D13402. As long as you have the space between your grille and AC condensor core for mounting it will work great on your Lexus. It measures 13 inches wide, 6-7/16 inches tall, and 2 inches deep.

Then for the trailer hitch I highly recommend the Curt Class III # C13272. This custom hitch will line right up to existing holes in the frame rails for a no-drill installation and it's made right here in the USA. Its sleek design also allows for nice hidden-crosstube appearance where only the 2 inch receiver is visible behind the vehicle.

I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.

For a wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118252 which is confirmed to fit your Lexus as long as it has the factory tow package. This will provide you with a 4-Way connector to power a trailer's basic signal lights.

If the trailer you plan on towing is equipped with electric brakes, you will need to upgrade this to a 7-Way and add a brake controller. For this I strongly recommend the Wiring Kit # ETBC7L to convert the wiring to a 7-Way and the Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180 that will plug right into to it to maintain the streak of simple installs. It then pairs to your smartphone via Bluetooth and automatically sends power back to the trailer brakes based on deceleration.

I have attached a video demonstration that you can check out as well.
