Replacement Trailer Jack on Horse Trailer to Replace Bulldog A-Frame Jack

gvw is 8500 lbs its an a frame mount currently has a bulldog jack that no longer works need replacement asap

For an A-frame jack to replace the one you have now the I recommend the etrailer jack part # TJA-5000S-B that you referenced would work great. This has a 5,000 lb lifting capacity so it would easily handle the tongue weight of your trailer that is most likely around 850. For a foot pad you'd then want the part # JF-99.
This jack is a sidewind jack with I think are easier to crank than the topwind.
