I strongly recommend going with a wheel that has a galvanized finish as opposed to just a silver powder coat for the best protection against corrosion.

Even if you are going to only use it on a lake - as opposed to salt water - the Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 14" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20364 or Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 14" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20354 over a powder coat finish like the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver Powder Coat # AM20363.

The reason is that galvanizing is a coating that is specifically designed to ensure your wheels are protected against rust while a powder coat is not. It will still be resistant, but the galvanizing process will be a higher quality of protection.

I have added links to video reviews of these wheels as well as a link to our entire selection of wheels in case you needed something other than a 14" wheel.
