We may have something that will work, though to confirm the right Bearing Buddies you'll need to measure the hub bores on your trailer's hubs using your digital caliper, and match the hub bore diameter to the correct Bearing Buddies.

For example, the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 2441 # BB2441 and Model 2441T-SS - Threaded (Stainless Steel) # BB2441T-SS fit a 2.441" hub bore and based on the measurements you gave these are pretty likely to fit your hub.
