Can I directly wire inverter to converter through a transfer switch and not worry about hurting the coverter charger and such when not using shore power? For remote applications.

Since it has built-in safeguards for over/under voltage, short circuiting, overloading, and over/under temperature it will protect your RV electrical system during power use.
