We do have an option for you to still be able to use your tent, although the Yakima SkyRise Tent # Y07437 is only compatible with roof racks that fit on raised side rails, fixed mounting points, or flush side rails. A Jeep Wrangler such as a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, does not have any type of rails or mounting points, so there isn't a roof rack that can support a SkyRise tent on this particular vehicle.
You are not out of luck though, because you can still use the tent, but it will require the use of the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129 with the SkyRise Tent Kit for Yakima EasyRider Trailer # Y08127. This trailer would be the only way you would be able to use a rooftop tent with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited; I have added a link to a video review of this trailer for you to check out.
To tow the trailer you do need a hitch, wiring, and ball mount. For a trailer hitch that fits you can use either the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # DT78MR or Curt Trailer Hitch # C13392, and for wiring to add a 4-way you will need the Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786. Finally, for a ball mount I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I have added links to video reviews and installs for you to check out as well.
