Troubleshooting Trailer Turn and Brake Lights Not Working with 2017 Nissan Titan
Question:
Running lights work. No brake light or turn signals or emergency flashers

Expert Reply:
If the trailer turn/brake signals aren't working with the Hopkins 7-Way on your 2017 Nissan Titan then most likely you are just missing a couple of relays. If your Titan isn't equipped with the factory tow package we recommend the Hopkins # N40975 that includes the relays but they can also be obtained separately with part # C57000. The two small blue relays are needed to activate the turn/brake signals.
I have attached the installation instructions and a video that specify where they will be installed on your truck.
If this does not resolve the issue please just let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
