Can the Swift Hitch Wireless Camera be Used at the Back of an RV as a Backup Camera

Question:

Is the viewing angle on this camera wide enough to work as a back up camera at the rear of an RV? facing rearward, not downward by setting on top of the tubular RV bumper Thank You!

Yes, the Swift Hitch Wireless Camera System, # SH02DIGITAL, can be used at the rear of your RV as you have described.

We had a chance to test this camera out at a product demonstration and it works great. The field of view is a 55 degree angle extending out from where the camera is mounted so the farther back the wider the view gets. This camera would work great during the day and at night it will provide backup vision up to 15 feet behind the RV.

I would suggest that you use screws in the base mounting holes if you will be leaving the camera on the rear bumper when traveling.
