Is it Possible to Lift Suspension of Trailer with Torsion Axles

Question:

We have a 2016 Rockwood Lite 5th wheel. We bought a 4x4 Ram 3500 which is too high for the RV. We have tortion axles. We need to raise it at least 4” . What can we do?

We have some lift kit options for torsion axle setups but the fits are very specific. So I will need you to get me the brand and capacity as well as any other info you can get on the axle from the label that's on it and I'll be able to let you know what lift options we have.

For example, the Torflex lift part # K71-725-02 that you referenced fits Dexter Torflex number 12 axles that are rated between 5,500 and 7,000 lbs and gives a lift of 3-1/8 inches. If this is what you have this would be what you'd need. If you have something different let me know. I also attached a link to a page that has all of the lift kits we offer for trailer suspension as well.

Ideally your fifth wheel trailer sits as level as possible and you have 6 inches of clearance between the trailer overhang and the bed rails of your truck.
