The difference between a D15 tire and an R15 tire is the construction. The D denotes that it's a bias tire and the R is for a radial tire. Which is best for you depends on the type of terrain you're towing the trailer on because bias tires have a thicker sidewall making them better for off-road travel where radials run cooler and have better ground contact making them ideal for highway use.

Among our selection if you're going with a bias tire I recommend Kenda # AM1ST92. It's the same size you have and has a maximum capacity if 1,820 pounds at 50 psi. For a radial our Taskmaster Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D Item # TR20515D which has a capacity of 2,150 pounds at 65 psi.
