If you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13386 on your 2015 Ford Explorer then the bolt torque specs are 79 ft lbs for all M12 bolts and 110 ft lbs for all 1/2" bolts as of June 2019. If you have the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76034 on your 2015 Ford Explorer then the bolt torque specs are 68 ft lbs for all M12 bolts and 75 ft lbs for all 1/2" bolts as of June 2019. These values can change over time, though not likely or by much so keep this in mind.

If you need a torque wrench capable of these values then you can use the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench part # ALL944001.
