Your 2017 Thor Four Winds 31W is built on the Ford E-450 chassis. If the RV features a factory 7-Way or 4-Way connector at the rear bumper then there is indeed a factory brake controller port behind the dash, for which you can use the Plug-In Adapter # 3034-P to install the excellent Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 that you were looking at.
If you have the 7-Way connector then you're good to go after plugging in the brake controller. If you have the factory 4-Way then you will also need to upgrade it to a 7-Way using the Hopkins # 37185. You will then need to run the blue brake output wire from the new 7-Way up to the controller using 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot).
I have attached a couple video demonstrations on these products that you can check out as well.
