Yes we do have a gooseneck hitch adapter that fits the Ford fifth wheel rail kits like what you have in your 2019 Ford F-350. For that we have the part # RP30845 which fits into the same pucks a fifth wheel hitch would install in.
Or if you wanted a ball kit that fits the center hole of your rail kit we have the part # RP30137 which would be the easiest option. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
