How To Carry Two Kayaks On a 2017 Ford F-350 Short Bed Over a Tonneau Cover

Hi, Im looking for a rack to haul 2 kayaks on my 2017 F350 but I have a Bak Revolver 4 cover so it needs to be a stake pocket mounted rack. Can you suggest racks that will fit this truck with this cover?

I have a few systems that you can use to carry two kayaks on your 2017 Ford F-350 over the bed with a BAK Revolver X4 Hard Tonneau Cover installed. The best system is hands down the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43003XT-785 because the crossbars have channels so you can use channel mounted accessories like the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier part # TH898 or the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier part # TH849000. The TracRac SR also has sliding uprights so you can adjust them to best carry any length of kayak (within reason) and it will have the highest weight capacity at 1,250 lbs. There won't be any issues with your tonneau cover as this rack mounts in the stake pocket holes.
The next best option we have for you would be the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A70611 which also mounts in the stake pocket holes but doesn't have channels so you will really be limited to foam blocks like the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs part # MPG152 to secure your kayaks. The holes inside the foam block will need to be re-cut to match the above crossbars.
