Will Kuat Bike Rack Fit with Roadmaster 10-1/4 High-Low Adapter
Question:
I purchased a 10 inch rise Blue Ox from you in the past to keep my Kuat bike rack from bottoming out on our mini van. I moved from AZ to OR and did not take the Blue Ox and need to purchase another 10 inch riser for the same purpose. The Blue Ox is much more expensive than the Roadmaster. My concern is that some complain the Roadmaster receiver has rounded corners that preclude inserting a square device. Is that a problem that I will encounter or is that an unusual exception. Thanks for your help

I was able to test fit the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter # RM-048-10 you referenced with the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G and found that the square receiver for the Kuat rack had no problem installing in the Roadmaster high-low adapter so you will be just fine! Please keep in mind that when using any adapter or extender the tongue weight rating of your hitch is reduced by 50%.
I do recommend using the Quiet Hitch # RM-061 to help minimize the movement of the adapter in your hitch receiver if you don't already have a product for this.
