The Curt # C11354 will fit your 2017 Beetle Convertible Turbo as long as it is not an R-Line models and it doesn't have an AdBlue DEF tank. Then you could use the very popular Swagman XTC # S64670. This would be the best affordable bike rack and hitch solution we have. You would also need a stabilizer strap # 18050 when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack The XTC is a really solid bike rack at a great price.
