Does Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL Fit 2019 Subaru Forester with Factory Crossbars

I am interested in the Rhino side assist loader and Im concerned if it is compatible with my new forester. The 2 crossbars are about 2.5 in W x 3/4 in D and are rounded and I have thule j style 815 cradle.
