Recommended Firestone Air Springs for 2018 Ford F-250 with Factory Hitch
Question:
There are two questions on this product that seems to have different answers. One indicates the F2600 will fit on a 2018 F350 with the factory in bed hitch and the other indicates that it will not fit on a 2019 F250 with the factory in bed hitch because the in bed hitch utilizes the out side of the frame rail. The 2018 also utilizes the outside of the frame to mount the in bed hitch. So my question is will the F2600 fit my 2018 F250 with a factory in bed hitch that mounts on the outside of the frame? It would be great if it would as I like the Firestone 2600 better than other systems because it maintains the factory bump stop.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2600 referenced in your question mount to the outside of the frame rails on your 2018 Ford F-250 so unfortunately they won't be compatible with the factory hitch that also uses this space for installation.
For your truck the best option is with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV that mount underneath the frame so they are compatible with the in-bed hitch. These do require you to remove the factory bump stops but the new springs will provide much improved suspension support with a load-leveling capacity of 5,000 pounds. You are able to adjust the air bags (5 psi to 100 psi) to accommodate the type of load you're hauling so it's going to also give you a much more comfortable ride compared to what you had with the factory jounce-style springs.
