For the best performance you will want to use the Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit on both of your tandem axles, so you would need to order two of the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit w/ Heavy Duty Gas Shocks # LC281255 if your have 2-3/8" diameter axles (which are found on 3,500 lb axles) or part # LC281281 if you have 3" diameter axles (which are found on 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axles).
These kits come with everything you need to make them work; I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
