Replacement Surface Mounted LED Tail Lights for Bargman 30-91-011//30-91-011

Question:

I have a 1992 Casita fiberglass trailer. My tail lights are surface mounted Bargman 30-91-010/30-91-011. Is there a direct LED replacement for these?

There are definitely LED tail lights that will work to replace your Bargman 30-91-011//30-91-011, though there aren't any that are direct replacements.

Based on my research, your current Bargman lights are about 8-1/2" long, 4-1/2" wide and 2" deep. For a similar size I recommend the LED Trailer Tail Light with License Plate Bracket - 4 Function - 22 Diodes - Red Lens - Driver Side # 328-003-81LBM1 and LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - 22 Diodes - Red Lens - Passenger Side # 328-003-81BM1.

These are bright, 22 diode LEDs that will look great on your '92 Casita. They measure 8-11/16" long x 3-7/8" tall x 2" deep so are going to be a close match to your former lights.

I've added a link to a video install of these lights for you to check out.

my old taillights were damaged in a hail storm. Bought the Bargman 2 panel replacement LED fixture. At the taillight on the trailer side there are 4 wires.... 1 white ground, a red brake/turn wire, and (2) green wires that are running light power. Why are there 2? Both green were connected to the old taillight (factory) using separate taps. In other words, the taillight has 4 pigtails as well but only 1, dual filament bulb. No license plate bulb or any side marker etc .... Thoughts ???

I'm honestly not sure why there would be two wires for the running light circuit on one side of the trailer. If they're both truly for that circuit though then you would just need to splice them both to the black running light wire coming from the new Bargman light assembly.

@ChrisR it appears as i dug into it more that the 2nd wire was a splice that supplied power to my clearance lights and it was using the taillights as a source of power. The original taillights had a "bridge" that allowed it be used as a power source pigtail.

What do you recommend I replace my current Bargman 30-91-010 and 30-91-011 trailer brake and turn lights with? The bracket holding the light cover has broken and I want to replace the entire light and mount system.

For replacements the Bargman # 30-92-001 and # 30-92-003 will work perfectly.
