I was not able to locate any relays for the trailer stop/turn signal circuits in the owner's manual for a 2001 Ford F-250/F-350. However, I was able to locate the fuses for the trailer stop/turn signal circuits and they are as follows:
# 1 - 7.5 Amp - Trailer Tow Left Stop/Turn Lamp
# 3 - 7.5 Amp - Trailer Tow Right Stop/Turn Lamp
The fuses are the most common fault for trailer lights not working but if you need to locate the relays as well then your best option would be to reach directly out to the dealer.
