Can etrailer.com Coupler Lock # e98887 Work to Lock B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch to Ford Truck
Question:
Would this work on the BandW Companion Fifth wheel hitch that has the factory puck system for a Ford Super Duty to lock the handles together.

The rotating handles on the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3600 feature a 3/8 inch holes for the included pin to keep them in place so our etrailer.com Coupler Lock # e98887 that you referenced, which features a 1/4 inch pin diameter, would fit and work well to lock the handles. This will secure the hitch to the bed of your Ford truck when it's not in use to deter theft. I do still recommend using the original pins and clips to secure the legs when you're actually towing.
This lock features a zinc dichromax pin finish and a covered key slot to help prevent any rust and corrosion over time and like the Companion is made right here in the USA.
