Can the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit Fit on a 2004 Ram 1500 with 4 Drop Ball Mount

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. i am using the stock factory hitch with a 4 inch drop to a 2 5/16 ball to tow a 16 ft enclosed trailer. Can this sway unit be mounted to the factory hitch even with a 4 inch drop on the ball?

Yes, the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 will work just fine even with the 4" drop for the trailer hitch on your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. Just be sure you are either using a bracket like part # RP26003 or a weld-on tab like part # 3442 to properly install the sway control hitch ball.
