To determine the correct amount of pressure to put in your 235/80R16 size tires on your Forest River 5th wheel hitch you simply need to locate the psi rating on the sidewalls of your tires. For example, the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire # PRG80235 has a max psi rating of 110 which you can see on the picture of the sidewall.
Just be sure that the tires are cold when you inflate them to the correct psi. This means that your trailer has had a chance to sit for awhile (preferably overnight) so that the tires aren't hot at all from the friction caused during use.
