Is Bolt Pattern for 8 Inch Wheels the Same as 10 Inch Wheels

is there a rim that has inch Universalinch bolt pattern or do I need to change out hub too

You may not have to change out your hubs it just depends what your current bolt pattern is. Both 8 inch and 10 inch trailer wheels come in 4 on 4 and 5 on 4-1/2 bolt patterns so all you need to do is choose a 10 inch wheel that matches what you have.
For examples, we have part # AM3H330 which is a 205/65-10 size tire on a wheel with a 4 on 4 pattern and part # AM3H350 is the exact same tire on a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
