Yes, the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75139 is designed to fit all models of the 1999 to 2004 jeep Grand Cherokee. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900 which comes with two ball mounts, two balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For wiring, there are 2 options. If the vehicle does not have the factory tow package, use # C55369. If it does have the factory tow package use # 118381. I have included links to the installation details for the wiring as well.
