Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # UF35-946403 is a general-purpose weld-on hitch that will fit I-beam, C-channel or rectangular trailer frames from 47- to 77-inches in width. It is not specific to any brand or series of trailer, such as your 2014 Keystone Bullet 247BHS, so to see if it is a suitable fit you'll want to measure the trailer frame rails to make sure their spacing falls into the range noted above.
This hitch is intended only for use with hitch-mount accessories such as an RV-rated bike rack like the Swagman Trailhead # S63381 4-bike hanging rack or their E-Spec 2-bike platform rack # S94FR. It is not intended for towing.
I suggest you contact Keystone with your trailer VIN so they can confirm there are no restrictions concerning welding a hitch onto your trailer's frame.
