I have a Newman tread bed 2 place trailer built around 2009 . Where might I find the information sticker or placard.

The place card or info sticker is generally found around the tongue area near the coupler but it could be in other locations as well so it's best to start here then look over the whole trailer if not found on or near the tongue. However, if you are trying to find a set of replacement braking assemblies then I have a better option for you and that is to look for the axle capacity which can be found on the axle tag which is located in the center of the axle. Once this is found that will then give use a good idea of what the correct braking assemblies are.
For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle then the correct braking assemblies for you are most like going to be the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-26-27 which uses a 4 bolt brake mounting flange and measures to be 10" x 2-1/4".
