Roof Rack and Kayak Carrier Recommendation for 2018 Subaru Forester with Raised Roof Rails

I have a 2018 Subaru Forester, with factory installed side raised rails that run front to back. I need to be able to transport my 12 foot long, lightweight kayak. What would you recommend purchasing? And can I go for installation? I live in Asheville, North Carolina.
