You should be able to use a weight distribution system for your 2008 Fleetwood E3 Tent Trailer but it's going to require some variations from the traditional attachment methods because of the unique multi-layered A-frame and enclosed area at the front of the camper. You will also just want to verify the towing capacity of your Jeep Wrangler (as listed in your copy of the owner's manual) to make sure it can handle the trailer's loaded weight.
Based on my research your Fleetwood E3 has a GVWR of 4,400 pounds, which indicates the most it can weight when fully loaded. For this type of weight I recommend the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66083 because of its superior sway control that actually works to prevent side-to-side movement before it even begins. This particular system has a tongue weight capacity of 400 to 800 pounds, nicely matching the potential loaded tongue weight of your system. Since a trailer's tongue weight should be 10 to 15 percent of its total weight we can estimate a loaded tongue weight on your trailer of around 440 to 660 pounds.
Then when installing the system to your camper you will need to use the Reese Chain Hangers # RP58305 instead of the brackets that come included. These can be bolted to the side of the trailer tongue without having to worry about the extended height of your frame or any clearance issues with the enclosed area on top of it.
I have attached a couple short video reviews that you can take a look at as well.
If you don't yet have a trailer hitch installed on your Jeep I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III # DT78MR because it's the highest rated option we have available for your vehicle with a 4,500 pound towing weight capacity. I have included an installation video you can use for reference if needed.
