I have a 2013 Honda Elite Scooter. Which wheel chock would be best for it to attach to my carrier?

Based on my research your 2013 Honda Elite scooter has a 90/90-12 front tire, which measures 3.5 inches wide and 18.4 inches in diameter. For a tire this size I recommend the Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock
Item # RA-17 to stabilize your scooter. It works for tires up to 6.5-inches, so this will be a great fit for you.
The MaxxTow simply bolts on where you want to install it, but the hardware is not included to install. I attached a helpful installation video for you to check out.
To keep your scooter in place you will also need tie-downs such as the Erickson Motorcycle and ATV Tie-Downs # EM05729 or ShockStrap Ratcheting Motorcycle Tie-Down Kit # 297-7RSBB-M. I have added a link to our entire selection of tie-downs for you to check out.
