Troubleshooting Powered A-Frame Jack that Will Go Up but Won't Retract
Question:
My electric tongue jack will go up but not down. Are there two fuses on them? its obviously getting power. I had to hand crank it to go down. thank you

It's the switch of the jack that's at fault since it will go up and not down. If you can get back to me with the brand of jack that you have I can let you know if we have an option but I did attach a link to a page that has all of the jack switches we do offer.
