Roadmaster base plate kit # RM-521451-5 is confirmed to fit both the Trailhawk and Trailhawk Elite versions of the 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I confirmed with Roadmaster that this base plate works fine with the Technology Group package with the front bumper sensors. For proper fit the vehicle must have factory tow hooks and must not have the Active Air Shutter feature.

The other components you'll need to complete your flat towing setup include the tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting solution, a braking system and possibly a high/low hitch adapter to keep the tow bar level.

The tow bar I recommend is the Nighthawk # RM-676. This has plenty of weight capacity for the Cherokee, it includes the required safety cables, a 7-way hookup and it features built-in LED lights in the arms to keep your towing rig visible to other motorists at nighttime. Please check out the linked video for more details. For a diode wiring kit you can use # RM-152-98146-7.

If you prefer a toad braking system that does not require modifications to the Jeep you can use the Even Brake # RM-9400 along with Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751471. But if you want a one-time-install type setup that you do not have to repeat each time you tow then use the SMI Stay-in-Play DUO # SM99251 which works with Class C coaches that have hydraulic brakes.

If a high/low hitch adapter is needed you can refer to the linked article to help select one. You'll need one only if your connected tow bar is more than 3-inches above or below level at either end.
