I use the rackem wheel lock on a trailer. Does it matter if it is placed on the front of the tire hitch end or the rear of the tire?

The Rack 'em Lock 'em Magnum wheel lock, part # RA-25, can be installed on the front or back of the tire. Moving the tire one direction will force the lock to the ground to hold it in place or moving it the other will force the lock against the vehicle it's installed on. I've linked a video demonstrating it.

I do recommend installing the lock with the key hole towards the outside of the vehicle. It'll work either way but it makes getting to the key easier for you.
