Will the hitch from our 2010 Murano mount up to our 2018 Murano

There was a big enough change in 2015 for the Nissan Murano that they had to come up with a new fit for the vehicle so a hitch from a 2010 would not fit a 2018. So you'd need a new hitch like the etrailer hitch part # E98907 that you referenced.
For trailer wiring then you'd want the Tekonsha kit part # 118660 as it installs very easily and gives you a very reliable converter box.
