On the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 4-Point Set # LC358590 the best thing to do to check you level is to recalibrate your system. You do this by resetting your zero point. See the attached photo for assistance.

If a single jack is having issue with the zero point, then you may have a bad motor, bad jack, or the controller module may be failing. The motor you should hear working so if you don't check the power wires and then check the motor. If the motor is running but the jack is moving or slipping, there may be an internal issue with the jack. I've attached the installation instructions to help with troubleshooting and if you determine the jack, motor, or controller is bad...here is the list of replacement parts:

Replacement Lead Leg # LC305340 for either front leg
Replacement Hall Effect Motor # LC343758 for any 3.0 jack motor
Replacement Left Rear Leg # LC305339
Replacement Right Rear Leg # LC344792
Replacement Control Module for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC304136
