The Curt Trailer Hitch # 9883544 that you were looking at has actually has a 20 minute estimated install time by Curt so even if you aren't very familiar with trailer hitch installations you can be very confident about this installation. Just make sure that you have a torque wrench that can at least hit the 150 ft-lbs mark like part # ALL944001. I do recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13392 instead though. This has the same installation as the one you referenced with the only difference being the receiver sticks out further which allows you to use more accessories.

Compared to most wiring harnesses out there the Curt T-Connector # C56407 is pretty simple as it doesn't require splicing wires together. You do need to gain access behind your tail lights to connect the tees and then route some power wiring under your vehicle up to the battery. This seems like a daunting task to some people but it actually isn't too bad especially if you follow the linked video of this on a 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited and reference the helpful article on routing the power wire.

To complete your towing setup you also need a ball mount and hitch balls. I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches # C45534 which comes with a ball mount that has a 2" hitch ball installed in the 2" drop position as well as regular and locking hitch pins and a hitch cover that you can use when you have the ball mount stored.
