After installing the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13345 on your 2010 Kia Sedona you will have about 9 inches of clearance from the ground. The reason for that is, it measures 11 inches from the TOP of the receiver tube to the ground (as you can see in the accompanying photo), and the receiver on this hitch is 2 inches, leaving you with 9 inches of clearance.

This is a Class III hitch that is a complete bolt-on installation so no drilling is required into your Sedona's frame, which is not only good for the car but makes the install simple. It has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 350 lb tongue weight capacity.

I have added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on a '10 Sedona for you to take a look at as well as a link to the written install instructions to check out.

For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118410. It is also strongly recommended you use Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, which will increase its durability and extend its lifespan. I have attached a link to a video of the wiring harness being installed on a 2010 Sedona.

I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop – along with a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.

You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise.
