Does Edge Insight CTS2 Display Come With Everything Needed For Installation

The edge CTS2 says monitor only does this me it doesn’t come with wiring

By "monitor only" on the Edge Insight CTS2 part # EP84130 that you referenced that means it only allows you to view various engine and transmission parameters as you are driving and does not offer any performance gains. It does come with all needed wiring to install. Basically it plugs into the OBDII port and gets a direct feed of info from the vehicle computer to allow you to see what's going on.
If you were looking for a programmer that does offer performance increases as well let me know the year/make/model of what you have and I'll give you our best options.
