The S.H. error code you're getting with your Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller # TK90160 indicates a short of some kind with its wiring, specifically the blue brake output wire going from the controller back to the tow vehicle's 7-Way connector.
I first recommend inspecting this blue wire as far as you can back towards the 7-Way and checking for any pinched, exposed, or otherwise damaged sections that need to be replaced. Also take a look at the 7-Way itself for any debris or corrosion that might be built up inside or around the pins, cleaning out as needed.
If all of this looks okay, then you will want to test the controller itself to make sure there isn't an internal issue. To do this simply sever the blue wire from the back of the controller and test it using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. Make sure you only read power when applying the manual override on the Primus IQ. If you don't get power when applying the override, then the controller is likely bad and needs to be replaced.
