What Does JJ Mean for a Trailer Wheel
Question:
My current rim on my toy hauler 15X5JJ. At this time I am not sure of the bolt pattern but believe they have a 41/2inch pattern. Can you please tell me what the JJ stands for and if I would need to replace them with an exact match rim as far as the JJ is concerned?

Your trailer wheels' JJ designation just refers to the shape of the bead seat, which is where the inside edge of the tire contacts the rim. You never really need to worry about this though since the correct 205/75-15 size tires you buy for these rims will automatically have that bead seat profile. If you buy new 15 x 5 rims they again will have this bead profile.
The photos of your trailer's sticker shows us that your wheels are 15 x 5-inch size and you noted that you believe they are the popular 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern. The linked article on bolt patterns will help you confirm. Some examples of 15 x 5 wheels with this bolt pattern are
# AM20422 white
# AX02550545BML black spoke
# LHHA315 silver
Your 205/75-15 tires are available in several weight load ranges, including the C rating shown on your sticker. We offer pre-mounted rim/tire items in your tire size and bolt pattern that you can see on the linked page.
Since your trailer's gross weight (GVWR) is 7900-lbs each wheel/tire needs to be able to handle at least 1975-lbs when the trailer is loaded to full capacity. If you want to increase your safety margin you can switch to Load Range D tires that can each handle more weight then the C-rated tires you have now. An excellent choice in a wheel/tire for highway use is the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Tire/Wheel # LHAW121 which can handle 2150-lbs and which have a high speed rating of 81-mph.
This tire has a limited warranty with free tire replacement on workmanship defects and could be added to any of the wheels above. You are eligible for the warranty within the first 12 months from date of purchase or the first 2/32" of usable tread, whichever comes first.
