Your 2008 Fleetwood Evolution E3 has an unloaded hitch weight of 395 lbs; when you add the loaded cargo a weight distribution system would definitely help especially with sway control and additional weight of whatever you will load on the cargo deck.
Assuming you have that cargo deck for a reason and will be transporting something of decent weight I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # EQ37100ET which is rated for total tongue weight between 600 and 1,000 lbs. You will need a thin walled socket like # ALL643216 to install the included hitch ball.
If you don't have heavy cargo in that area, then # EQ37060ET rated between 200 and 600 lbs total tongue weight is a better fit.
Total tongue weight is determined by the fully loaded trailer tongue weight as well as any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I've attached an article to help because you want to make sure you aren't under rated so it doesn't help or over rated causing too rough a ride.
