5th Wheel To Gooseneck Adapter That Will Not Void the Warranty on a Weekend Warrior 5th Wheel

Question:

I have a 2009 weekend warrior 33ft and it had a lippert 1716 that is 19k. I did not buy this trailer brand new. I’m the second owner and weekend warrior is out of business. Does the trailer still have a warranty with the frame? It’s always been used with a 5th wheel hitch, but I’m just wondering since it’s just a drastic price increase from the adapter to the Goose box.

I do have an option for you but as you have read, a gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter like the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5G can void your frame warranty. I would not be able to provide details of your frame's warranty period but I am sure the manufacturer of your frame would which is most likely Lippert.

For an option that will not void the frame warranty you can use the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR with the Spacer Kit for Rotating Turret for 5th Airborne and Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pins part # RP61301. This option will rid you from having to use multiple adapters and as stated, won't void your frame warranty like the above can.
