Question:
I recently purchased the Curt 57674 4 way to 7 way adaptor. My pickup is a 2015 Ford F150 and has a factory 4 way plug. The installation videos for this item doesnt show this item being installed on my type if pickup. Do you have any instruction or videos on how to install this item.

The Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole w/Test Lamps # C57674 will plug into your factory 4-way trailer plug and I recommend using dielectric grease like # 11755. Then you will connect the white wire with ring terminal to a bare metal part of your truck frame. Next you will use add the yellow reverse light wire that will tap into the power wire at the reverse light behind your tail light. Then you will use # 10-1-1 wire sold by the foot to connect the blue wire to a blue wire already run to the end of the driver's side frame rail. Next you will connect the connector's black wire to # 10-1-1 and then to the red/orange wire also found at the end of your driver's side frame rail which is your 12V power.
This will give you the 7-way wiring connections so you can simply add a brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 using the wiring harness # 22292 which installs under your dash.
