Troubleshooting Brake Controller Install in 2011 Chevy Silverado With No Power

Question:

Hello I have a 2011 Silverado that I put a Teknosha Voyager Brake Controller in. After wiring the controller to the factory wires to the truck the green led did not light up. Is that normal? If that is when I plugged in my trailer the led did not light up. Can you provide any suggestions on what may be the cause of the controller not lighting up? Thank you for your help in advance.

There's a couple connections under the hood of your 2011 Chevy Silverado that still need to be made to activate the trailer wiring. I attached a help article that covers this as this is a common challenge for brake controller installs in trucks like yours.
