I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX. How can I tell which harness I need to get 118259 or 119176

If you had a factory 4-way that you are looking to replace you would want the Trailer Wiring Harness # 118259 that you referenced, if you do not have a factory 4-way and you are looking to install one you would want a Trailer Wiring Harness # C59496.
