I do have an option for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12100 is not a fit for your 2019 Subaru Forester. There was a generation change from 2018-2019 which is why the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12100 will not work because it is designed for the older 2014 - 2018 body style.
For your 2019 Subaru Forester you have a few options to choose from but they all have a 2" receiver tube opening. The 2" receiver tube opening is truly best for your Forester because it will allow you to carry the widest variety of hitch mounted accessories and you don't really have to worry too much about weight capacities with a bike rack or cargo carrier. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76271.
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame offers an easy bolt-on installation that installs using pre-drilled holes in the frame rail. It should only take you around 30 minutes or so. I have attached an install video/photo for you as well.
