Can the Equal-i-zer WD System and Hayes Sway Master Sway Control Be Combined
Question:
Would you recommend using the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET with the hayes sway control together?
asked by: Donald G
Expert Reply:
The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ37120ET should provide more than enough sway control for most trailers if adjusted properly and the trailer is loaded correctly therefore, the Curt Electronic Sway Control System part # C94VV should not be needed but that is not to say they cannot be used together if you choose. If you already have the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System and are still experiencing trailer sway, I recommend you adjust the washers inside the head again to make sure that everything is setup properly. Once this is done and you still have trailer sway then I would say the Curt Electronic Sway Control System could be beneficial.
