How Does a Trailer Hitch Install on a 2003 Ford ZX2
Question:
If the picture of the bar is correct it looks like there needs to be some kind of a bracket to attach the bar to the two pad eyes that are under the car, if thats where it mounts. They are vertical and the mounts on the bar are horizontal. Is there something else I need to purchase to install it?

The Curt trailer hitch # C11105 installs to the bottom of the frame rails on a 2003 Ford ZX2. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you so you can see just where the hitch will install.
If you plan on doing some towing, the correct ball mount to use is # 3593. For a ball you can use the 1-7/8 inch diameter, # 19256 or the 2 inch diameter # 19258. You will also need hitch pin and clip # PC2.
For trailer wiring, use # 118344. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the wiring as well.
